It's been 60 years since Benny Binion acquired the Horseshoe Hotel and Casino Apache in 1951. Now it is known that in the last two years, the new owner Terry Caudill, has planned a major overhaul in the Tower Hotel, which closed in 2009.
Binion's is recognized worldwide for being the birthplace of the World Series of Poker, and now expects the urban renewal neighborhoods designed to be a starting point to stimulate the presence of more tourists in downtown Las Vegas.
The tower of 285 rooms is the No. 1 priority for Terry Caudill, in which shall be necessary to spend $ 35 million for an extensive refurbishment. The casino itself will not escape the works, which however should only start in a year.
