David A. Ulliott born April 4, 1954 in "Kingston upon Hull" is an English professional poker player with a WSOP bracelet and a WPT title, being well known by the nickname "Devilfish".

Ulliott began at a young age to place bets on horse races by opening his appetite for the game, was later arrested for making insurance fraud. As for Ulliott poker career began playing at a young age with his parents but his 1st live tournament won was in 1993, and his victory in the World Series of Poker in 1997. His winnings in poker today are around $ 5,661,933.
