Nevada will begin accepting permit Gambling applications from February:

The direction of the Nevada State Gaming Control shall initiate the process of accepting applications for licenses from February, according to VegasInc. Licenses for online play, which requires licenses for online poker rooms.

It was the president of that body, Mark A. Lipparelli, who told it on a conference on the online game held last week at Aria in Las Vegas.

Companies can obtain a license to provide online game to residents of the State of Nevada (Las Vegas where it is), and if the U.S. Senate approves the online poker operators with Nevada license may offer their products throughout the country.
